1. Take baby steps, focus just on one next solid step forward
Just focus on one little thing you are sure your heart wants - may that be morning coffee, a phone call with a good friend, cooking something delicious for yourself, etc.
Practice listening and noticing your heart’s desire with little things first. When we are reorienting or feeling a bit lost, It can be overwhelming to focus on the big topics like our purpose, next career goal, etc.
2. Tap into deep focus
When you are in the state of deep focus (flow state), you are aligned with your heart and the source.
Using balancing poses to tap into deep focus, when you challenge yourself and try to reach a pose physically, your brain stops thinking and focuses automatically.
3. Be so honest with yourself
When you are so honest with yourself and truly meet yourself, you notice what serves you at this moment and what does not (anymore).
4.Ask yourself what the fear benefits you
Letting go of old beliefs, people, and something you’re familiar with is scary! Proprobiy all the above helped you move through life. They represent something you value(d). If you fear to change, consistency and routine might be important for you.
Ask yourself, what else can you do to serve this need without keeping what does not serve you anymore.
Fear represents something you value and are afraid to lose.
5. Notice the joy in trying, it is OKAY to fall
It’s a series of tries and pivots. Always notice the little joy in the progress. It is OKAY to fall, just gracefully come back
